Job Description

Aerotek has an immediate temporary opening for a full time experienced production worker for our local client. All qualified candidates must be professional and able to work 12 hour shifts - no exceptions. Starting pay is $10.00/hr, with potential pay increases. Successful candidates will have GMP knowledge, and are comfortable working in a fast pace team environment, display good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
-Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
-Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
-Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
-Load and unload items from machines, conveyors.
-Help co-workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment.
-Record information such as the number of products tested, meter readings, and dates and times of product production.


Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED certificate, pass a 7 year criminal background check, drug test and physical.

Candidates must be able to work overtime 7 days a week (as needed).

Selected candidates will be required to provide and wear steel toed boots while on the production floor.
